Ali Lafreniere (Miss Ali) is the Lead Teacher in our 5-day pre-kindergarten class. She has been a preschool teacher for over 20 years and joined the Exeter Day School team in 2017. Miss Ali loves getting her students outdoors and feels so fortunate to have the PEA trails to explore.

Ali lives in Exeter with her husband Josh and their two girls, Evie and Josie. They have a fun pup named Lulu and a cool turtle named Reggie. 

Amie Morgado (Mrs. Morgado) is the Lead Teacher in our 4-day prekindergarten class. She joined Exeter Day School in 2015, first teaching the Toddlers. She has been teaching Pre-K for over 7 years and loves these young minds. Her favorite themes to teach are Black History Month, the Solar System, and the Arctic. 

Amie lives in Epping with her husband and two daughters, Taya and Pacy (EDS alumni!). She has two cute bunnies named August and Harry.

​Sondra Barker (Mrs. Barker) is the Lead Teacher in our 2 and 3-day Pre-K classes.  She joined Exeter Day School in 2018.  

Sondra lives in Hampton Falls with her husband and three children, Camryn, Maeve, and Nolan.  When she's not teaching, she can be found biking, hiking, skiing. For the past three years, she and her husband have participated in the Pan Mass Challenge.

Katie Cotreau (Miss Katie) is the Lead Teacher in the 3's Preschool class.  She joined Exeter Day School in 2018.  This is Katie's 14th year working in the field of Early Childhood Education and in the middle, she spent 4 years as a children's art teacher and studio manager. She loves introducing children to the excitement of school and watching them happily discover what they are capable of. 

Katie lives in Exeter with her daughter, Eleanor, who is in the 7th grade.

Stephanie Maffei (Mrs. Maffei) is an Associate Teacher in our 3's Preschool class with Ms. Cotreau.  Her experience and passion for working with young children comes from years of providing care to local families out of her home. 

Steph lives in Raymond with her husband and two children. 

Mariette Linscott (Mrs. Linscott) is the Lead Teacher in the Toddler classes. She graduated with her degree in Early Childhood Education from Indiana University and holds her Montessori Certification in Infants and Toddlers. Mrs. Linscott wants to create a warm atmosphere for your child's first school experience. She loves incorporating literature and nature into her teaching! 

Mariette lives in Exeter with her husband and two children, Addison and Everett (an EDS alum). She enjoys running, reading, and exploring the seacoast! 

Jessica Murphy (Mrs. Murphy) is an Associate Teacher as well as our Library Teacher.  She joined Exeter Day School in 2021, and comes with 15+ years of early childhood and elementary education. Mrs. Murphy loves planning our special programs at EDS, especially the Little Learners Week which brings in special visitors and performers.

She lives in Fremont with her husband and two daughters, Makenna and Teagan. Mrs. Murphy and her daughters LOVE everything Disney!

Amy Closson (Mrs. Closson) is an Associate Teacher.  She assists our lead teachers as needed throughout the day. She lives in Exeter with her husband and two children, Stanley and Audrey (EDS Alumni!), and two cats.

Jess Latini (Miss Jess) is an Associate Teacher.  She recently graduated from Plymouth State University with degree in Youth Development and has many years of experience working with young children. Jess also attended Exeter Day School nearly 20 years ago!

Colleen Anders is the Director at Exeter Day School. She came to EDS in 2022 after moving cross country from Washington state. Colleen has over 30 years of experience in education, including being a teacher herself and principal.

Colleen lives in Exeter with her husband, Scott, and dog, Walter. Her daughter, Samantha, lives in Michigan but visits often. 

Gillian Ryan is the Administrative Coordinator at Exeter Day School. She is your go-to for all things related to enrollment in school and the summer camps. Gillian joined the EDS staff in 2022, but has been a part of the community since her children attended the school 2017-2020.

Gillian lives in Exeter with her husband, twin boys, Alex and Ben (EDS alumni!), and her beloved cat, Conway.
